Mediterranean Villa

This 10,000-square-foot custom home was built around our clients lifelong vision for a Mediterranean-inspired residence with a modern, open feel.

Centered around a private courtyard pool, the home features ancient olive trees, curved iron-and-glass doors, and inviting spaces that connect indoor and outdoor living. Our team worked closely with the clients throughout the entire process, from early design collaboration and site selection to construction, landscaping, and final hardscape details

Belleair Beach Custom Home

Modern Coastal Build

This 8,000-square-foot custom home was built for clients who wanted a modern coastal home that was open, calm, and built to last.

Set directly on the waterfront, the home was designed as a three-story, all-concrete structure with 40-foot-deep helical concrete piles, elevated cast-in-place beams, and careful construction planning around neighboring properties. While the structure behind the home is highly technical, the finished result feels effortless: bright spaces, modern finishes, and a seamless connection to the water.
